Is there a bug with the NSX-R Anniversary races?

I started the Forza 20th Anniversary series and bought the NSX-R. Then I started the first practice lap of the Fujimi Kaido race, and my car is sputtering and will not accelerate. It won't rev like the motor is blown. It also showed a damaged right rear suspension and brake. The car works just fine outside of this 25th Anniversary series as I tested it. Then I downloaded a tune to the car and that seemed to fix it, however the suspension and brake problem came back immediately. I did not hit anything.

How can I solve this?

When does it start sputtering? Did it have enough fuel?

Immediately when starting the lap. Yes, it has 1/4 tank. When I hold it to the floor in neutral, it takes 3 seconds to hit the rev limiter. With the clutch out, the car barely moves. It's not my pedals that's for sure as I checked that.

Okay. That's not normal. That seems like a serious glitch.
