Is there a cheat to stop penalties and to get infinite speed??

everytime i play online people seem to not get penalties for doing things that i would of got a penalty for, and also some people seem to be able to travel at ridicoulous speeds online...

for example, ill be in a FORD GT LM with it tuned up to the max yet someone who is in a renault clio will go past me easily even tho im flooring it!

they must be cheating! so i wanna know where i can find the cheat and use it myself.

please help!

There are no known "cheats" like this. Unfortunately, the collision detection algorithms are not always accurate or fair, and there are many variables that could allow a Clio to overtake a GT LM.
