Is there a database of tunes for the cars out there?

Been a long old time since I played the game and I'm getting back into it. I never was up to much when it came to tuning the cars and I always made things worse so I was wondering if anyone knows of any tuning lists for any of the cars? I've had a good Google about and there just doesn't seem to be anything out there which I found staggering given the popularity of the game.

Anyone have any leads?

Specific tunes for the Yellow Dodge Concept and the Cr500,000 Subaru would be nice. Any good tunes for the more notable cars would be appreciated regardless.
