Is there a menu that allows you to change the settings while driving?

I was watching the Valdudes livestream and saw that he activated a really translucent (faded) menu during his lap. Each option was a different colour and I believe that TCS was red. He used that menu to alter his driving aids, do you guys know how to do that?
 
Yes, there is.

It's called RA function (Menu, Select +/- and Adjust +/-). Change it in "Change Button Assignments".
 
It's called the R/A-menu. You can activate it, in the button assignment-page, in the settings. (Remember, you'll need four "buttons", as also mentioned above ;).)
