Is there a way to fit horns in cars?

I've noticed some cars don't have a horn such as the Nardo or the Viper GTS-R concept. Is there anyway to fit a horn in them?

No, different horns can't be fitted to cars anymore like they could in GT5.

I forgot all about interchangable horns! Looks like GT6 got rid of them, but I did like going through every horn sound.

No. And like others, I think it's a pity that there are no interchangeable horns.

But even in GT5 with interchangeable horns, if a car didn't come with a horn, you still couldn't put one on.
Mostly it's the race cars that don't have horns. Which makes sense.
And the production models of the racing vehicles usually don't have horns.
Example, the Ford RS200 84 road car doesn't have a horn.
The Lancia Stratos road car does have a horn. And a pretty funny one too. (I'd like that horn on all my cars. )
