Is there an option for a "Simple HUD" like in GT4?

Remember in GT4 you can get a simpler HUD with less info and no gear suggestion for corner? Can we do the same in GT5?

That's a interesting question, because the gear suggestion display is extremely helpful. If that can be disabled, then the game's difficulty will increase, giving more replay/challenge value.

I find the gear suggestion display reveals the appropriate speed, but also the breaking point. two dead give-aways.
