Is there any way to get analog throttle and brake in GT1?

I can set up analog steering without problem but I really appreciate and analog throttle and break even if I have to bind it to the right stick, but I seem to be unable to do so when I'm unsure if I'm just missing something.
 
If I remember correctly, you have to set the controller in the emulator to be a Namco NeGcon. Bind your triggers to the I and II buttons.
 
Just go to the options menu, onto the accel/brake setting (you'll see blinking yellow arrows), press right until you get the right joystick choices. Same in GT2 and GT3 if you're ever wondering.
 
If you are using a dual shock controller, don't forget to press the little rectangular button in the middle of the controller. A red LED light should emit. You won't have the option to set the right stick to acceleration & brakes until that red light is on.
