Is there any way to race in the night in the Nurburgring without the rain?

I just unlocked two versions of the Nordschliefe. The regular and the 4 hour layout. The 4 hour layout has time change and weather change. Is there anyway I can just play in the night without the rain or is a time change just a different version of the track?

During one of the demos, there was a race where it was night only, no weather.
 
Its chance I think. Like I was playing on it today in my 458, Sport Hard Tires, no rain, sunset. But yesterday I had showers...
 
I ran the 4 hour layout in a practice session last night and weather was clear, so rain isn't guaranteed, but perhaps the probability is pretty high?
 
What's the 4 hour layout, do you mean the one used for the endurance races incorporating the GP circuit ?
 
I would also like to know this, mine starts with rain and ends with sunshine, at least the two times I've tried it. The full lap of AMG intermediate had overcast sky which looked pretty good but I would like to try it at night.

Guys I meant in arcade mode. This happens because you don't have rain tires in your inventory. If you do, expect rain.

Yes my mistake. The 4 hour is the one with the GP.

I thought the update would fix this :(
 
Is it supposed to be raining all the time? Sheesh, I'd expect it to be random.
