Is there Nür w/ time change for arcade/practice?

Only weather with time change, but dry and time change is limited to online. I wish they just made one track, Nür Nord, with settings to choose weather changes (or keep it fixed) and to choose time changes (or keep it fixed) instead of three…
 
It does exist I believe you have to finish the AMG academy first event to unlock it.
 
I unlocked the Nür for practice and arcade, but it's only Daytime/Dry and Time-change/Weather-change. I'm wondering if you can control the weather and time settings like you can when online.
 
Ohhhh I dunno havent really tried those in practice/arcade. I guess if you didnt foudn the option it doesnt exist ><
 
Yeah, I checked a guide online, and there are three variations based on bronze/silver/gold for the AMG Intermediate events. No time change with no weather change, no time change with weather change, and time change with weather change.

Sadly, I'm hoping there's something I'm missing. I wish I could do a 5 am drive on the Nür whenever I want without having to set up an online lobby.
 
I would check but Bob is racing on indy atm.
