Is this a bug?

I noticed something the other day. You go to play any of the seasonal events, if you WIN you are taken back to the racing menu where you can replay it, tune the car, race again or leave, right? You go into any of the seasonal events, race, and LOSE, you get 2nd to last, then at the end of the race you get paid and get exp and a reward, then the screen goes black (No GT logo showing something is loading) and you're back at the main menu.

Why? Did they intend for us to reenter the seasonal event menu to try again, and if so, wheres the GT logo showing the game isn't hung up?

Not a big deal, but its something I noticed.
 
Yea that actually is a bug. It happens to me sometimes but definately not all the time. You're supposed to go back to the inrace menu no matter what position you finished!
 
This happened to me twice in the Honda Civic Seasonal Event. The game just quit to the GT Life screen after I received my rewards when I finished in 2nd at Suzuka. It doesn't seem to kick in when you finish in 1st place. I don't know what happens if you finish in 3rd or lower and how many Seasonal Events that are affected by this bug. I can't be bothered to intentionally not finish in 1st again and again just to test this bug in different scenarios. Hopefully fixed in the next patch.
 
I've had this happen multiple times. Usually when I'm not paying attention and lose. It probably does that so you can go tune your car. This may have been a feature before the in-garage tuning was introduced. Thus they haven't gotten rid of it. Just an idea.

How could it ever be a feature? So if we don't win we shouldn't be allowed to watch/save our replays and adjust car settings etc.? Buying parts on the settings screen has nothing to do with it.
 
Yea I was wondering about this as well, it kept happening to me and I had no idea what the deal was.
 
No, it has to be a bug. No other case of being sent somewhere without the GT logo doing that shining thing. The screen just goes black. That was not planned by the maker.
 
I've been noticing it in the new seasonals where you can win stuff. If you don't finish high enough to get a prize you get booted. Don't know if that's 100% of it, but that's what I've seen most.
