A lot of racecars have it. Check out the D1GP cars or cars in the FIA GT classes.
 
i want to cry now, it was my dream to drive this or the e30 m3 in GT . That was the only thing i wanted
 
Gran Turismo sponsors the race that car took part in, thus nearly every car entered was wearing the banner. Doesn't mean much more than that, unfortunately.
 
Plus every D1GP car I've seen has a Gran Turismo banner.
 
It just says "Gran Turismo" not "Gran Turismo 5" simple as that really. Plus and I am hoping that in the future more cars like these will be available as DLC.

Yeah, but you lucked out and got 50 Skylines, 40 RX-7s, and 30 NSXs instead.
Who would have time for a BMW with all that variety?

There's two BMW 3 series racecars in the used car dealership, a touring car and a GT car, also, same dealership there's the M3 GTR and M3 CSL road cars...

I know these aren't exactly what you are looking for, but I really wanted a Ferrari 288GTO, 355 and 250 gt California, Aston Martin DBR9 gt car and they weren't in gt5.

I then dove the 430 scuderia with full racing exhaust, revved it to the max and my life was complete...

dont forget the 20 toyota vitz/yaris loll 20 S2000 and 20 350z loll
 
That Newer M3 Race car is among many cars that should've been in GT.
