Is the Citroen 2VC Type A 54` rare? I have never seen it before anywhere and it popped up randomly and also got me the trophy for buying a car with300,000km+ distance. Also It's really not good all I've done is change oil and it's at 13bhp now. You can upgrade it a bit more but err.... probably up to about 30bhp. lol
Just wondered because I never heard of it or seen it anywhere before.
 
It's also a prize car for the Amateur A-Spec french race.
 
As far as i know it is as rare as Oxygen

tbh it doesn't seem like gt5 has any rare cars (minus stealth cars [i guess])

Don't forget about the Sebastian Vettel edition 2CV you unlock at level 30 :P ! Estimated 60bhp, beat that Dashers!!

My local dairy man Ernie chops the roof off of them . He drives the fastest Milk Float in the west !
 
The 2CV was designed to have soft suspension so French farmers could drive across a field with a basket of eggs on the passenger seat, as well as having lots of headroom so French farmers could wear a hat.
