Okay So I bought all the DLC's and it occurred to me that Since I can't gift my friends the Aventador because it's hard locked to each PS3 account that purchases the DLC, Would Setting it to "online" work as an alternative way for them to drive it?

Oh no, you can set them online (the cars of course) but they can't drive 'em unless they have the DLC also (as far as I have experimented...)

And what Matt meant was that you can't "Give to Friend" the DLC cars... Also not the paints and also not the suits or helmets... :yuck:

There's a way around the paint issue... Just paint a normal car (it can be a cheap Premium) whatever DLC paint you have to give to a non DLC buyer who wants the paint chip.

That does not work. The person will receive the car painted the DLC paint color but will receive the car's original paint chip (provided it had one). You can not share or gift DLC paint chips!

At first I gave you the benefit of the doubt and considered your 'y' and 'o' keys might not be working, but then I saw those letters used elsewhere in the reply. Try to mind the AUP and avoid posting in "textspeak."

P.S. I was being sarcastic about the whole 'keys not functioning' thing.

Huh, I've gifted one away and they got the chip. I wonder if they changed it.

I have no knowledge of it being "illegal". If it's possible, then you can do it. I know about the user agreement, and I'm not selling it. I'm giving something away.

What is unacceptable is double posting(since someone already posted about the text-speak.

I say that because it's not like your friends are going to say "Hey look, Jubby! I just bought ___________ as DLC!".

Sure... but how does that relate to the sender? They aren't under any liability such as you're asserting, unless I missed something. If I did, I'd be happy to be shown what I missed.
