I am formaula gt, and dream car away from finishing all the races but only two problems, I have two million and no internet does this mean i have to repeat all the races again and buy the ferrari the costs 10 million, if so game is going in box never to be opened again.Cars r too over priced for a computer game. advice please please
 
For the forumla GT Championship you actually need an FGT (formula gran turismo) not any of the ferrari's they wont work.. You will have to grind like most of us to be able to afford one and keep looking out for it in your UCD.. its around 4.8mil so its not all that bad.
 
Don´t buy the Ferrari F1 to do the FGT championship. You´re not allowed to use it in anything but practice. Also, what does not having internet has to do with repeating the races?Unless if its for the online dealership, the old fashion grinding is the way to go. Try the American championship Indy. Givies you 98K for less than 5 minutes of racing(Online gaming is so over-rated...:rolleyes:) Cars are overpriced, yes. I agree...

Not sure what the issue is, firstly the only car you can use for the Formula GT championship is the Polyphony Digital Formula GT which is a standard car. It is indeed in the online dealership all the time (at least so far) but occasionally turns up in the regular used car dealership and is around 4.8 million.

As far as I know, you can't use the Ferrari F1 cars in that championship, so forget them for now. You will need to save 4.8MM (or just over to be sure) and will probably have to repeat some of the races with higher payouts, sure. But first, try the Dream Car Championship, it pays well, do you have a car for it?

And if you haven't tried B-Spec yet, do so! When you get to the higher levels you can make a lot of money with very little (or sometimes no) effort

PS - If you don't have a net connection check that used car dealership as often as possible (so after every race/event if you can) for that Formula GT, once you have enough money. Otherwise, see if someone here will trade you one, as most of us can easily buy it at the online delaership.
 
Thanks every one for your replys, it helps to know ye all have the same problem some way or other. My internet is not strong enough for the playstation so the online dealership is not an option,where i have been told is the best place to buy cars.Thanks for the advice on the ferrari cause that would of finished me,how can i swap cars if im not connected through the playstation.

Not having internet has nothing to do with repeating the races bud, it just the only fgt car on the game is 10 million and the online dealership has everthing. i just dont want to do that indy course 100 times ha ha. but as every one has said ill just grind on and keep checking the ucd thanks every one ye r all a great help

Your confused maybe.. The online dealership has 12 cars which change only at the discretion of Polyphony digital guys.. But yes the Formula Gran Turismo can be found in there at the moment for 4.8million credits not 10. I dont find the online dealership good at all. You will find the FGT eventually in your Used Car Dealership it will just take time. Like grinding for the money to afford it will. Try getting into B-spec i make easy money there through Dream Car Championship.. as long as you choose to do the complete championship its basically 200k a race i dont have to nanny my B-spec Bob and you could potentially have about 5mil credits in 7 hours of play whilst your not even at your machine.
