Not in quite the same way however. Borrow glitching app just exploits the glitch of borrowing and retaining the car for yourself. This used to take quite a long time per car, and doesn't require any software. Just borrowing, deleting your game data, updating to a certain point, saving, and downloading the rest of the patches. The app merely speeds up the process.

That's never been an option, since DLC cars can't be borrowed to begin with. It was possible to obtain them through hex editing, but that action certainly will get you banned post 2.12

My third alternate account I created specifically for experimenting with obtaining DLC cars through hex editing not only A. has all DLC cars I obtained removed from my garage, and B. is no longer able to access online functions.
Whilst my secondary account, which I use for the borrow glitch and wheel colour glitch, are still fully functional and all in place. The borrowing is simply a 'glitch' from old versions of game software. It involves no manual manipulation of the game, and requires nothing other than your ps3 and GT5 capable of software 1.0

Well, I've never used them online, nor in any of the seasonals, so I can only assume that's why they revoked my online playability? I can't say for certain. But based on the info I have at hand, it's the only variable left. It's why I created that account to begin with though. Luckily my chromelines, stealth, EDGE and purchased DLC's in my other profiles went unscathed. Which is nice, since I obtained them legally.
