i yhink the altezza lm is very nimble and quick! not as much balls as the R34 or Supra its a matter of driving styles and tastes!

Fat MikePersonally, I love the Altezza LM, it's a light, well balanced FR race car with over 1000hp fully tuned ( 1002 HP ) i think from memory.
It struggles to hold it's own against the JGTC cars later on ( Tom's Supra etc ).
The IS300 is the lexus Version of the altezza, and is virtually Identical except for the engine, the IS300 has a 3 litre straight six, where as the Altezza was only made with an L4![]()
I can't find any indication that the IS300's suspention tuning differs from the Altezza's at all in comfort/sport bias. The placement of the (iron block) 2JZ realitive to the 3S does force some significant amount of understeer near the limit.S31EnderIn real life. There is another difference. Two actually.
The IS300 unfortunately unusually came with a slushbox, not the manual of the Altezza, and the second ...........The Altezza had slightly harder suspension setup, more sporty. The IS300 was configured more for comfort of ride.
Even though the Altezza only had a L4 and the IS300 a six, the Altezza was OVERALL (not straight-line) faster.
