It was announced at 2018 Beijing Motor Show not so long ago.
Specifications seem to be somewhat average though. I wonder what the new Commendatore can offer besides the name nobody knows.

Yowzers! Isdera's alive! I remember the name "Isdera" back in my all-time favorite Need for Speed title- "Need for Speed 2: SE." Supercars are MUCH different now compared to then. This is a very nice looking car, and it kind of has a McLaren and Tesla vibe to it to me. Lovely car! Me likey.

They used to have their main office in my hometown, in a small industrial area. The site is still used for maintenance on their older models. Since 2017 their main offices are in southern Germany though, under the name "Sinfonia Automotive" and a new leadership (and mainly Chinese investors). The new car is basically Chinese but with Isdera know-how and their badge on it.

I didn't know Isdera is a German company. Now for reference, this is what I remember from "Need for Speed 2: SE," meet the Isdera Commendatore 112i:

And now from this 1993 model, we are met with this beauty about 25 years later- the Isdera Commendatore GT. The specifications of this car seem pretty good, though I am not adept with most metric measurements.

Welp, the car from the picture is not exactly a Commendatore 112i... That's Isdera Silver Arrow C112i.
Basically, at-the-time-Swiss owners of Isdera took Commendatore 112i, slapped Mercedes badging onto it, removed the rear view mirror from the roof, put on new rims and steering wheel and started testing a 600hp version of its V12 engine (that apparently never got into the car lmao). As of 2017, Silver Arrow C112i is rebuilt back into Commendatore 112i.

Commendatore GT is heavier than Commendatore 112i and has a lower top speed.
