issue at 24 Hours Nürburgring

I have an issue at 24 Hours Nürburgring with weather (arcade mode) , the track is not properly loaded.

first it looks fine but after a few corner

I got a massive clipping throughout the track and it's unplayable. when I press start the game loads the track but it happens all the time and each lap.

so far it's only on 24 Hours Nürburgring with weather.

it's an issue with the game or my ps3 is defective ?

This tends to happen with a full room, or a near full room online. The 'Ring can't handle it for some reason. What do you mean by "clipping throughout the track" by the way?

it's not online, it's offline in arcade mode .

about clipping I meant I have some portion of the track that appears very late on the screen like the picture
 
This happens to me sometimes, although the issue corrects itself after a second or two.

it worse, it takes to much time to load the track and it happens every laps and makes the game unplayable.

I checked again and it only occurs when the tires wear is activated
 
if its not too much trouble you can backup all your savegames and try formating the hd. I would try reinstalling gt to the harddrive first tho.

I tried to delete and reinstall the data (with game option) and I still get the same issue

I just tried the track with another account on the same console and there's no issue wtf ??? I got jut a light clipping with some elements of scenery but it's marginal

any idea ?
