Issue : Try to install the game , locked at 13%.( PS4 )

Hi,

I just bought the game ( to see if it good as Gran turismo ) and i'm in front of a issue.

I have only the opportunity to play with one car ( 720s) and 1 track ( Long beach ) . I understood that my game have to be install, ok but it locks at 13%. I delete all the data of the game and try again , same issue.

Sometimes the ps4 give me an error message saying that i have to clean the CD ( it is very clean ) .

I download all the Update and my game is in V07.00.1095

Any help about that?

I'm not sure. Perhaps it would be better not to download all the patches before the game has installed fully. It might be causing a problem. Install them afterwards. Also, if you haven't tried it, leave the game to install fully before playing at all.

Although if your PS4 is reporting that it can't read the disk it might be worth returning it and getting a replacement.
