You know. Downloading music is considered illegal on the United States. Worst, the RIAA is suing everyone who downloads any type of music file over Kazaa. Now, is it me, or the RIAA is clueless about the people they are suing. It is everyone who does that. Correct me, but what has more power. The RIAA, or all the population that downloads music. I give them some 5 years before they just dissapear.
 
here is my question. one of their *possible* methods of handling file-sharers is by sending off worms/intruding computers and deleting illegal mp3's or just simply scanning hard drives. seeing as how RIAA isn't a government entity and doesn't have search warrants, isn't this illegal?

they scan our drives, corrupt our crap (kazaa had a denial of service virus spreading for a while that my sister infected me with), and are considering deleting our stuff without consent. and THEN they have the NERVE to sue us by saying that WE broke the law when THEY violated our privacy and damaged OUR stuff. :mad:

We would need somebody capable of spying them, inflitrating their workplace, silently assassinating each one of their employees and planting a bomb that would render all their infrastructure useless. Sort of a Hitman like Agent 47.

or somebody like me with about 17 gigs of unpaid for music :D . i got a few albums though, but they were rare as hell and worth every penny

thats a good buisness strategy, lets start suing everyone will buy $16 cds instead of downloading them. My view is they won't get customers by suing.
