Although I finished all of the beginner hall and all of the professional hall races being No1, I cannot participate in gt championship.

Why is that?

Wierd, maybe your car is under 493 hp or tuned.

2 things you might want to check

1. Do you have the LICENSE to enter the race, i think it reqires I-A.

2. Sometimes you might mixed Brownz with Goldz, they are very similar. Double check again wont hurt you.

this is actually quite weird. i had 1 silver in the classic car cup and could still enter. have you done them as the championship races?

This has been covered many times. You have to win all of the Championship Series in Pro Hall to get into the ending Championship, not just the individual races. In fact, for this you don't have to win all the races, just all the Championships. You eventually have to win all of the races to get to 100% down the road, however.
