Hello Fellow GT4 Enthusiasts....!
For those of you who are not all that familiar with the Online Racing Section here at GTPlanet, found here I'm hoping my post here helps our cause!
A short time ago, a series called The 2005 GT4 ALMS (American Le Mans Series) was announced by a fellow GTPlanet member here....
However, for one reason or another, the original thread starter cancelled the competition before it started! So, in an attempt to keep the series afloat, I took over the duties of seeing it materialize.
The only downfall though lately is that not enough members here either know about the OLR events that reguarly occur here or have just not seen the new post. Therefore, I'm hoping that with this thread submission in the main GT4 category, I might be able to garner a few more participants to join up.
The main thread can be found here for those who would like to know more about it.
Now, besides the original name change from the ALMS (American Le Mans Series) over to ITCC (International Touring Car Championship), the car choices have been greatly increased to include ALL Race Prepped & Tuned cars, in order to hopefuly accquire a broader participatoin ratio, as well as providing something for everyone. (Hopefully)
I'm interested in getting this series up and off the cutting room floor, for a lack of better words, ASAP and am hoping that besides the confirmed 7 drivers now, that a few more of you GT4 fanatics would be willing to throw your names into the hat? There is, however, a cut-off date fast approaching...being this Friday, April 22nd.
So PLEASE...if interested, check out the thread, show your support and SIGN UP!
