items list

this is my first post on gt planet and i could do with a little help! i have an ongoing problem with my items list in gt5. it appears that nothing is in there,paints,car mods,racing suits etc, even when i win a gift car ticket i cant collect it in car delivery. i have had this game since day 1 and on the same machine.i've spoken to sony on numerous occasions without any luck. even reformatting hasn't helped. can any of ?!!
 
First of all, the AUP would be a great help.
Second, did you have any items at all before the problem started? Re-installing might help.
 
i have tried re installing(no luck) and my items list contained thousands of paint colours,helmets,suits,tuning items. i recently won a classic muscle car ticket on the jeff gordon seasonal event,went to claim it and there was nothing there. also each time i sign in i should receive paint items,i don't get them either. this is very frustrating for me,this is a great game that no matter how often i play other race games(dirt 3,driver san francisco,f1 2010,11)i constantly find myself back on gt5. i know this sounds a bit picky and i'm not having a go but it's an element of the game that i like 'messing with'
 
1. Is everybodys shift key broken around here ?

2. Not sure what this issue is . I've seen & heard about corrupt saves etc , but this one is a first for me..... :confused:
 
Hmmmm.......

Then I have no idea then. My save game has corrupted twice since November , & reinstalling the back up has always worked.....

The only other things I can think of is -

Problem with the disc.
Problem with the HDD.
Problem with the Blu Ray drive.

Failing that i'm stumped.

By the way though , it's a minor point & i've already hinted once along with someone else , but if you don't use capital letters here then the mods won't be happy & you'll get into trouble . Just looking out for you mate.

Hope you can get GT5 working again.
