I didn't know where else to drop a random post. Is my birthday today, my first since playing GT5. I've heard people talk about birthday tickets and anniversary tickets but I never thought it actually meant I would get a birthday ticked on my actual birthday! What a treat logging in after work. That's when I also realized, it's based on the year you were born.
So I'm thinking, trade the ticket? I dunno. I play the game for fun. Not tying to collect specific cars. Well, let me check GTcars.net on the ipad and see what could be in a 1970 birthday ticket.
Well Now
Lookie here! The J2 is a 1970 car and only about 14 million credits which I'll NEVER see LOL. Soooooo I took my birthday ticket and got........... A not so pretty, slightly strange looking, short n boxy wedge thing with what looks like the engines from an A10 Warthog in it....a J2 for my birthday :-).
Well, since this is a Q and A forum I'll add a question.... Is it common for a 1970 ticket to award the car that a lot of people want? I also see a few other 15K + cars but I couldn't be happier. Is it possible/common to get any "random" 1970s car?
Paul
PS. With racing softs....UNBELIEVABLE CAR!! Its like driving a slower ( but still very fast ) version of the red bull x2011 P
