Its this right or not?

I have the 30863 DR points (B). I thought the 30000 point increase to (A). AS the copy I made

A+ – 50,000 – 75,000
A – 30,000 – 49,999
B – 10,000 – 29,999
C – 4,000 – 9,999
D – 1 – 3,999
(E – 1 – 1,999)

I continues to raced three times and still not increase to DR -A. Any explaination why I didnt get the A. As for the SR is 64-B. I didnt want to cuss out lol..

As for the SR is 64-B.

Your DR level can't advance past your SR level. Get to SR A and, if your DR stays where it is, you'll become DR A as well.
