I know you get this from the Advanced Top Gear Challenge and now (due to multiple accounts) have all (from a Google Search) eight colours.
I know the Veyron appears in the UCD at 0 miles. I was wondering if that Challenge is the only place you can get the car or whether it is actually for sale in the UCD at any time, for any that can't complete that Challenge. As far as I know all the prize cars appear to be buyable (which is nice for those like me who can't Gold, or even Bronze in the case of last few S tests... for now, the Licenses), which gives me a fighting chance to get every car in the game, other than maybe the X2010!
I have yet to see a complete cycle of the UCD due to long events (or miscalculating the number of times I have repeated a race) so I am not sure about the XFR. For that matter I have yet to be able to buy that VW Nardo or Mitsubishi HSR!
