I have the codes for the Jaguar XJ13 Chromeline and Race Suit, from the Facebook app.

I have a US PSN, so they're worthless to me. I am, however, willing to trade them. There are couple of things I must point out:

These codes work for EU PSN accounts only!

Also, I read that there is no year associated with the Jag, meaning you can't enter it in the historic race.
