The Jaguar XJ220 was, in 1992, the fastest production car in the world. This car is even faster. It is a GT racing car based off the XJ220, that raced at LeMans in 1993 under TWR Jaguar Racing. Sadly, it was a failure. Car #51 DNF'd on Lap 6, #52 DNF'd on lap 306 and the #50 (Driven by John Nielsen, David Brabham & David Couthard), technically won the GT class, but it was disqualified a month after the race for failing to use Catalytic Converters in the race. 4 XJ220's also entered the 1995 race (Only 2 ran the actual race) but without TWR Jaguar's support they were outpaced by the newer McLaren F1. Both XJ220's DNF'd.

Technical specifications
  • Body: 2 Door Coupe
  • Length: 4850 mm
  • Width: 2010 mm
  • Height: 1140 mm
  • Weight: 1125 KG
  • Wheelbase: 2640 mm
  • Engine: Jaguar 3.5 V6
  • Aspiration: Twin Turbocharged
  • Power: 550 HP
  • Torque: 640 FT-LBS
  • Drive: Mid Engine Rear Wheel Drive
  • Transmission/Gearbox: 6 Speed Manual Sequential

You missed the Danish former racing driver John Nielsen, who where also part of that car.
