Very sorry guys to post this,,,
I know most probably this has been discussed before.

But I tried the search and it too much results, too messy to go through,,
Not that I haven’t tried to go through, I have with no much luck,,,

I ask this because Japan usually get the games first, but I didn’t hear any thing about this,,,

November 2004 by all accounts, but that could so easily change.

KY's plan last yea was for a simultaneouse worldwide release, I don't know if thats still his plan but it certainley has been.
 
I'm going to play it safe and take that Nov, release with a grain of salt. :rolleyes:
 
See the GT4 Release Date thread at the top of the forum? Yeah. You want 3 guesses what's being discussed in that?
 
While you're looking up at the sticky posts, nael, with the big RED letters, I recommend reading John's post about noobs as well.

I'm am also guessing for a November release in Japan, as said before worldwide release was the intention.
 
As in my "noob" thread (thanks, Viper Zero), I mentioned that even if a question has been overdone, I'll at least try to answer the question.

So in any event, I thank you for being honest, Nael_scorpio. I know you are honest by saying "Very sorry guys to post this..." Having said that, I've always thought that Japan gets the cooler games than the rest of the world. They may get it early, they may not. We may get it early (ha! That's about the chance of marrying Jennifer Lopez and lasting for at least 60 months (five years)). Whatever the case, all I can do is listen to you all on GTP.

I guess a mini-lesson is to search anyways and just skim through some of the topics. I will admit that when you search for something, you're not going to find what you are looking for easily. I think a good tip is that if a thread has 20 posts or more, it will likely have two or more pages to it. A thread may have 25 pages and what you may be looking for won't be there. So I guess you can think of searching as an "excercise." I was looking for something on GTP the other night, and what I was looking for, I had to dig through all of the topics with the search. So even I can admit to not finding things. You have to try anyways, though. GTP isn't too impressed about what GTP calls "noobs." It's kind of like the ghetto. You have to prove yourself to be somebody (where did I get this reference from!?). Anyhow, take it easy, you dig?
 
The best solution to stuff like this?

Get Mozilla Firefox and turn on "Search as you type" (not just for links before someone stops me, though that'd work on thread title's at least).

That way, you just type the main word of what you're after, say, 'release' and it'll jump STRAIGHT to the thread about the release date. Couldn't be easier.

Sorry folks, but this kind of reaction is not what's called for. Just answer the question and then point out in a polite manor that this topic had already been covered and post a link to the aforementioned thread, and suggest using the search function, as most topics have been covered before.

Coming out with what you might believe to be funny comments, which are in fact unhelpful sarcastic remarks which help no one, are just a waste of time.

I'm well aware of what sarcasm is. I'm also aware higher forms of wit are often wasted.

Were my comments categorically called for? No. Had the question been answered? Yes. You did that in Reply #1. So you politely answered the question at hand.

However, nael himself acknowledged it was a matter that had probably been discussed before. Prefacing a question with a statement like that doesn't make you immune, in fact, it's worse to do so. If you suspect it's been asked and answered before, you're going to find the information quicker and with a lot less fuss if you go search for it.

To prove that point, I just searched. Of the 201 threads returned clicking the very first option would give you the answer. Total time? 7 seconds.

Even if you DON'T search, it's a thread that's never outside the top 9 and generally within the top 3 on this forum. Those threads are there for a reason. They have "Read This:" in front of them for a reason too.

People are free to ask questions but a little logic goes a long way.
