Japanese Street Car Championship (possible spot race)

Just a back-up idea just in case my Le Mans 1998 goes belly up, but I could do spot races for this.

The only information I can give you guys at the moment is that, all cars must have all adjustable parts stock on it. No wings. Tires will be Comfort: Soft or less. Cars from '99 or before are allowed. The four exceptions are the premium '02 FD3S and the AE86 S. Shigeno '00 (allowed), Nissan Skyline GTR R34, and Nissan Silvia S15 (disallowed)
Cars can be regulated on request. If I don't have the car you are asking for and you do, you can send the car to me, I'll regulate it, and I'll send it back to you ASAP.

All regs are compatible with Engine 3 and Weight 3.
