Same setup everyone, must use one of the following arcade cars that you haven't used in one of the previous rounds:
Nissan Z Concept
Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II
Subaru Impreza WRX
Mazda RX-7
Mazda RX-8
Toyota Supra RZ
Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VII

Get out there and tame those sweepers and the infamous corkscrew!! :nervous: End date for this round is now Tuesday 0100 GMT, but after this round it will resettle into Monday 0100 GMT. Pm your times to me, frentzey, by that date. Make sure your runs are clean!
 
Hmmm........this one was unexpected (along with the last race). I was expecting Trial Mountain or something. Guess I'll get started right away to get a jump-start on the competition.
 
So, what is the gut feeling in terms of car choice from everybody? I'm thinking Skyline possibly.
 
3 lap race in arcade mode (normal difficulty), if you want to see the rules, look in the round one thread:)
 
Did some preliminary testing...........have pretty much decided on what car I'll be using.

I'm in the points lead right now but I think I may have messed myself up last round. I should've probably used the Impreza or Lancer, and saved the Z for one of the later rounds. That way I wouldn't have to use one of those cars on a regular track where it would get demolished :(
 
Hmmm, lets see... I'll probably use the RX7, Supra and, Z Concept for my final races (assuming no more than 5 races)! :D
 
Voltron, I think you have assumed wrong. Now that we have some people in this event, I'm planning to take it to the full 7 rounds so everyone has to drive one of the cars. All in favor, yell yay! :)

Desperately needed some 36 hour days last week - didn't get any, so no racing... :( :rolleyes:

Probably going with the Supra this time though...

...or not, I haven't tested the Z Concept yet. (I had to re-win one. I've won 3 in the past and never kept any of them! :rolleyes: )

Yeah axletramp you better re-check the rules - I said Arcade Cars in the Group A section..... that applies to everyone else as well! Arcade cars only!
 
Sorry guy's my mistake, it was late and I was in GT mode and wasn't thinking. Mmm, ran the GT Championship without having to. :rolleyes: I hadn't even tested the Z Concept yet. Don't worry I run all my races in Arcade with the listed cars only, otherwise what's the point?

Really, I figured it was a typo of some sort.
 
Well we have an extra day for practicing, seeing as how we don't have to turn in times until Tuesday. So you're not in such bad shape.
 
Well, yeah, I was able to spend some time on this but I don't think I did very well. Should be enough to keep me near the top.

I sure hope someone else does well on this so we can keep Fury at his #2 position!! I also hope Fury didn't use the Supra ;)
 
Frentzy, I'm now on PDT which is Daylight savings time. It shows you said that times were 30 minutes late when it was 5:30 PDT. GMT is only 7 hours ahead of PDT which makes 5:30 = 2430 gmt(rather 0030, whatever). Thus, there would have been 30 minutes left... not that this will necessarily change things with people's submissions but, just in case.
