I have been trying to access a form of chat room so I can participate in organising GT5P matches, unfortuneatly I just get a big red X.
This is the site in question: http://chat.parachat.com/roam/login.html?room=GTP_Live_Event_Chat_Room&width=600&height=400&lang=en
Someone told me to download java, which I didn't previously have. It worked temporarily but now I a big red X and a window saying: 'several java virtual machines running in same process casued an error'?
Which I can only assume means I have another program that is interfering with the java I downloaded. The problem is I have no idea how to find the interfering program so I can stop it, I can't run games that run of java either, I could temporarily after I installed java, now I get a runtime error, then a window saying 'several java virtual machines running in same process casued an error' as I did with the chatroom.
Any help on how I would go about sorting this problem would be appriciated. Also I am not the most technical person so please keep advice err, simple.
