i saw that on most jgtc cars their's 2 holes in the trunk so i want to know what their for

sorry for my english one my finger is broke so i got some difficulty with my keyboard

I believe that's where the exhaust is located, to keep the weight balanced. If they ran the exhaust out the side like on a Nascar stock car, then there would be a weight bias to the left side.

Do you mean the oval with two circles between the rear lights and slightly above them but just below the spoiler? If so that is the exhaust I do not know why it is like that but companies like Advan modify cars like that a lot of the 'LM' cars have that (e.g. impreza 'LM' race car).:D

yes those are for refueling the cars during a pit stop, ons side is for fuel in,while the other catches any overflow.some LM cars have built in hydraulic or pneumatic jacks :trouble:

they are NOT exhaust pipes.....
i just finished building a 1/24 scale Tamiya model of the Loctite Zexel GT-R and the exhaust does come out the side right infront of the rear wheel, the "holes" you are talking about on the rear of the car are indeed the refuel ports.

Case closed! (but good question, i once asked it myself!):p

i saw a real movie of jgtc races and they were refueling by those holes so they're not exhaust:lol: lol exhaust

what's so funny.. i have seen pictures of the clio with the exhaust pipes coming out of the back, similar to what is being discussed here... not sure if all clios have this though..

If you look at the right side of the SuperAutobacs Apex MR-S you can see the same refueling holes there as well. If anybody is interested.

Yeh, those two thingos on the back are refueling things, they are also on the V8 Supercars (although not on the back ;)). Air goes out one pipe and fuel goes in one pipe. It introduces new technology. :)

It's hardly "new" - the JGTC cars used it in GT1.

I was talking about for the V8s, because they've only had this technology for two years...that makes it quite new. I also know this because i'm doing a Calsonic Skyline model, and the exhausts are on the side skirts...

What's with the Calsonic Skyline model - can you run through it?

What what what?! It's a 1/24 scale...
