I've noticed JGTC cars belong to various EXP levels (19-21) and was wondering if there was a substantial difference between them since many times the level 19 and the level 20 compete in the same class, weigh practically the same and are of course limited to the same power.
Also, for the experts out there, I realize that every other year they change the rules to sort of level out the competition. Meaning that maybe cars next year are slower than last year...should I worry about this or are the differences irrelevant? Or is there a "best year" for JGTC cars like say 2004 was for F1 or 1998 was for wines?
