Jobs?

I've search around the off topic forum and didn't see anything related to work/employment at all.

The reason I mention this is because most of us from this community will be working for a company looking for new staff, or looking for work ourselves, or know of positions open for school leavers and such.

There are so many members here who come from the same country/state/province who may be able to help each other out with regards to employment, maybe it would be useful to have a 'jobs' thread in the off topic section of the site.

Just a suggestion, I didn't start one myself because I didn't know if it was against the rules or not. I was mainly looking for a 'yes' or 'no' from the admin.
 
That's an interesting idea, though I don't think the site is actually big enough to turn such a forum into a practical resource. You're welcome to start such a thread, though, and see where it goes. 👍
 
I thought this was going to be a thread asking for any open positions running GTPlanet. :lol:
 
I honestly like the idea, specially because I'm prospecting ( and therefore searching for IT workers ) opportunities in the US, it would be nice to co-work with someone who share the same interests and thoughts.
 
I have to agree with Jordan. Sure there are ton's of members here, but not enough to make a job classified thread viable. If I posted "I'm looking for an accounting job in Houston. Does anyone have any openings?" How many people do you think would respond to that? I'm not going to stop you from making anything, just giving some advice.
