Hey jordan i asked you this question before but i need to know how did you make the text with blue faded border around it because i am making a little GT3 site and i wanted to add that.

so PLEASE tell me. :nervous:

cool. but umm isnt that a little diffrent from jordan?
well ill try that and see if i like it then if JORDAN has the heart he'll maybe tell me how he did his.

yea, its a little different but u can deciede the font size and style within the font html tags, i think jordan is using verdana maybe?
 
and so i want mine to be an image so no one can steal the HTML which i think is a godd i dea which jordan did someone can steal it but they cant change the words.... i want mine to be an image too.
 
Yeah, it's an image, but that's just to keep it consistant so that it appears the same accross all browsers and operating systems (not to protect the code...). The font is Tahoma at 11 pixels, and I made it in Macromedia Fireworks. I'll make you a line of text like it if you really want.
 
OK, I have one question, though: what is the color of the background you plan on using the graphic with?

I'm using Fireworks 4.0.2. I will start using the final version of Fireworks MX when I purchase Macromedia Studio MX once it's released.

Yes, Macromedia's software is very expensive, but you get what you pay for. :)
