Joystick problems

Hi, when I play for some time, both of my joystick start to be over sensitive while turning to one side, and under sensitive while turning to the other side. I mean, I have to move less the stick than usual to turn left for example, and more to turn right. Does anybody had this kind of issue? How did you solve it?
