I got a copy of it and tried it couple of days ago (since i now reverted back to gt4 and i'm doing an endurance in a spec.). The only thing good things i could say about the game was that 'special' commercial that's all over the net, and the graphics. The commercial was a given... for those who have seen it; you know what i mean :sly: . And the graphics were actually quite nice; the cars actually look realistic and are not overexaggerated like the underground series. And i love the wheel selection.

Other than that, the game isn't that great; sounds for the engines are incredibly muffled and the music choice is bleh. The physics and gameplay... dear god shoot me in the head, they have actually worsened from the last time i played the demo on the pc with a steering wheel. They are really unresponsive, it felt like I was playing with a clay suspension. I had to check my controller (since it's wireless) to make sure the signal was ok, but of course it was just the game. Then i plugged in the steering wheel, even worse... :yuck: .

Overall i can see why this game scored so poorly, the game itself was flawed and executed poorly. And is it just me or does the woman who does all the tutorials sound like flight attendent?

I'm a sim lover, but I thought Midnight club 3 was pretty fun. Except for the muscle car part that part just pisses me off. I'm not into street racing games I think they all suck to except Mnc3. But games like Need for Speed Underground, Juiced and SRS just piss me off. Because I know idiots are going to try that stuff out on the streets and kill someone.

Ha..ha..i actually saw a video in which an idiot tried to drift his car ( it a VW goft i think) through a tight turn and end up crash into the cliff in with pretty high speed while his idiot friends shouting and cherering, dumb asses 👎

Having played Juiced for a few weeks now. I can definately say i prefer this to NFSU2 & MC3dub. The graphics are much nicer to look at & its just more fun to play. In MC3 the computers were so retarded i got annoyed at least every other race. At least in Juiced they arent as bad, althou there still pretty dumb.

Juiced isnt street racing is it. Its just a game were you can tune your car. The pink slip racing is a nice touch & the hole experience is more real than MC3 or NFSU. Plus at least there is damage, and its not just cosmetic. you can get dodgy tracking & nitrous leaks (well i managed to anyway).

Juiced & NFSU2 - 8/10
MC3 - 6/10 (at best).

Yeah.. i actually like Juiced...

oh well, to each his own.

I think the graphics are pretty good, the racing is fun!

I like the idea of having a "crew" just havent figured out how to have a crew meet yet.

Its not a bad game. You can like anything thing if you just play it and not compare to the other clones out there.

Oh I like this game.

Some of it is pretty ingenious. I'm surprised a lot of it wasn't snapped up by NFS yet.

Juiced steering is absurdly strange. One moment I'm turning normally then the next, the car spins out, and this is a FWD!

I cannot absolutely cannot drive RWD cars in this game. Nice graphics, but the physics ruin it.

Juiced was such a disappointment when it finally came out. I played the old PC demo, long, long ago, and was mildly impressed with what seemed to be a cross between PGR and a typical "underground street racing" game, with decently realistic physics. I then played the second demo on X-Box at EB and was even more impressed, as the game now featured detailed damage modelling and a better, more refined look.

Then, shortly before the game came out, the final demo was released. WTF? Suddenly all realism has been thrown out the window, replaced by crappy, simplistic physics, a horribly slow sense of speed, a "BRAKE NOW DUMBS***" indicator, and a heaping helping of "street style," manifested by the need to gain "respect," the presence of "bada** thugz" who want to kick your ass, etc. etc.

I have yet to play the full version, but from what I've heard, the most recent demo isn't very different.
