I have a Bugatti Veryon with 1256 hp. Its fully tuned and everything but when I try to race it in Like the Wind and GT All Stars I get stomped. Is there any tuning I can do to make it handle better or do I just need to have a race car to win those events?
 
I can honestly say that I haven't run the Bugatti to max yet, but it's most likely down to the tuning.

I used a Corvette ZR1 '09 with Race Mod to beat Like The Wind. I don't recall if I used it for GT All Stars though.

Other than that, you could look in the Tuning forum for a Veyron tune and try again. 👍

The Veryon is a car that is by nature stiff like a boat filled with bricks,you should use the zr1,if you want something low priced in terms of race cars,or borrow a buddies x1 that works too
 
I did the Daytona race in Like the Wind fine in a Veyron. But what ever you do, do NOT use it in the Indy race. You will be left for dead through the bankings. Get a Furai instead :D

And that goes for GT All Stars as well. Tracks are too twisty to comprehend using the Veyron.
 
Use the ZR1 if you don't have the cash for a race car.

It is very fast on the straights, but not very good at high speed corners, i did the "Like the wind" with the FGT (Formula Gran Turismo) :)
 
As everyone says. Use the zr1 and race mod. Max the aero for downforce and set the gearing (top speed gearing) to 2 clicks off full. Slam the suspension. And voila the basis of a tune that will work and that i use everydah and beats lmp cars :p

The veyron really does handle like a barge.
 
Yeah it's a shame. If it handled even decently, with 1256 hp it would be hard to beat
