in gt4 what if we could use a mouse at the home area and like have to find a place for turbo/intercooler etc. i think thatd be pretty cool opinions please... and some other things like if u come off a hill at 200mph and get air i'd like to see some damage to sideskirts bumpers etc. sry for no punctuals or maybe incorect spelling but i am off to school

I guess you could use a mouse, but since everything just clicks to the next section everytime you click a button on the controller, i don't think the're would be much use of it. Also, cars shouldn't aren't supposed to jump on the street, and the only track that i know of where cars jump in gran turismo is at Seattle circuit. Also, damage won't be included in GT4 anyways.

what i meant by jumping was on trial mountain down the first straight if u hit it at 200 in the right spot u get decent air or maybe if u have body roll and u roll on sideskirts then they should be damaged i thought they were including damage...

No....K.Y. said that for most crashes that would happen in the GT series, would probably total the car most of the time. Plus license issues were also a problem once again for this game, so that's another reason why they didn't include it. Plus to make damage models for 500+ cars would take a looong time.

instead of the mouse thing and etc... i think it would be really neat... to have more sound effects.

I.E. the seattle circuit which was just mentioned i noticed that when you hit the jumps... you do not hear the car being scratched or anything nor sparks flying from the bottom. and that to me would score big points from my point of view =)

Yea sound does make a game alot better like 100 times better, because it really adds a nice finishing touch to the game and gets you into the mood, such as the music they really need to add better music than what was in GT3, if they added more sound effects to the game it would give a better feel, like playing a spots game, the game could be ace but if the sounds such as crowds and commentary sucks then the game doesnt go well, but if you have a soccer game or football game and have the crowd sound exactly like real life then it gives a better feel of the game and gets you hyped up.. its just my opinion but sound should play a better part in GT4...

I agree. A lot more sound effects WOULD make the feel of the game a lot better...but who knows....PD has been working on GT4 since the release of GT3 (so i here)....so maybe they'll have something like that added into the game for more effect. :)

yea hopefully, but atleast you get my point.. sound isnt everything but its something that brings the game together, just like engine sounds, have them diffrent and not generic.. you know..

Yeah....hopefully the muscle cars will sound a lot better than they did in GT2. In GT3...I think the Cobra sounded pretty sweet....so i can't wait to here a Chevelle or an old Vette in GT4 :D
