I just put 277 miles on my Black ZO6 with 460hp. After the race it has 472hp! This race has really strengthened my belief in the fact that the ZO6 is possibly the best FR car ever made and definitely the best car EVER made in the USA. My advice for this 2 hour enduro is pick a car that is very enjoyable to drive. Had I done this race with an F1 I would have gone mad because it requires such an intense form of concentration to race them. I won the F688/S which so far seems nice to drive. I dont know how often I'll use it but whatever. I found the 2 hours to go buy like nothing with such a nice car like the ZO6. I am going to use the ZO6 for the Trial Mountain 2 hours tomorrow. Wish me luck fellow GT3 addicts.

Oh, I forgot, I had originally planned on using my 1993 Civic SiR II with 398hp and EVERY modification. The reason I wanted to do this was because every time I drive this car the hp goes up, (it started at 379hp) basically I wanted to see what the hp would be after this race. So I took it into qualifying with super slicks and I couldnt catch the Clio. The best lap I could pull was 1:41:00 because those 90 degree turns were too much for the enormous turbo torque in that 1,800lb FWD Civic with teeny tires.

PS My best lap with my ZO6 was a 1:27:7xx and the Clio ran pretty inconsistent but around 1:35:xxx

congrats 12sec. Civic ! btw, if you're gonna race Laguna seca enduro using a non racing car, beware of a Viper GTS, reload till he's absent if necessary :D that's what I did lol..

i'm surprised it went up that much, but not that it went up.
cars, especially with larger displacements, gain considerable power with miles, to a point.
after 8-900 miles you'll probably lose 4 or 5hp and then flatline.

congratulations on the endurance, bro!

Thanks man! I need all of the encouragement I can get, I am embarking on Laguna Seca 200 Miles tonight! The cars I plan to use are one of: Viper GTS-R Team Oreca, GT-One Race Car, Castrol Tom's Supra. I dont have many miles on any of these cars so I like to get a feel for every car in the game.

Supra.

the Viper will (since it's got 0 miles, i'm assuming you've never tried driving it before) spin out again and again. the GT-ONE is great if you're not in the mood for a challenge. if you'd rather do the race once with assurance that you'll beat the crap out of the competition, then go with that. otherwise, the Supra is the most fun, and you should still win by a lap or more.
happy trails :)!

2 H, it's very long time and you have to drive 100 % if you have about same car that computer drives. i have beat it. no i have beat i 3-4 times so i'll get all the prize car tht you can get from it.

I did Laguna with the C5r, and there was a Gilette Vertigo Race Car that was bugging me, basically because I was driving like a cow, and it went 30 laps between stops!

Rome I did with a stock :aston: Vanquish. Just an oil change, but otherwise no mods at all.

My ITR has 2300+km's and for the last 1000km's or so, the HP has not changed at all. It's just stayed at 311hp.
