Just bought a Playseat Evolution but got no hardware...

I know this isn't PCARS specific, but in anticipation for being able to play on the 12th I went out and bought a wheel and the Playseat. Got home to set it up but there's no hardware in the box to put it together.

Has anybody else encountered this problem and had it resolved? I've never had a wheel or a seat and this is a bad start to the experience and I'm hoping somebody can help with some information on what to do.

I've sent a message through the "Contact" page at playseatusa.com but I've heard their service is pretty bad so is there anything else to do other than return the seat to where I bought it and get my money back?
 
I apologize, it's just the forum I've been on here and with the game being the most recognizable at this point I thought I'd get more eyes to see my post and hopefully be able to help. I'm not familiar with all the different sub-forums, etc.

Anyway, thank you for moving it to the proper section. Hope I can get somebody to see my issue and see if anything can be done short of returning it back to where I bought it (which might the only solution).
 
If you bought it new someplace you can just return (or maybe exchange) it, I'd start there.

You can also contact PlaySeat and I am sure they'd send you the hardware, but it'll take time.

Or find a parts list and head to the hardware store! :lol:
