I just got my Virtual Racing Chassis in...Woo...So nice, only problem is I have yet to buy a wheel for it.Oh well this setup is going to help so much with drifting, it's so comfortable, however I'm going to replace the stock seat in it with a leftover "Focus Z" Racing Seat I have from my car...Should make it even nicer.
 
It's called the Virtual Racing Chassis..It's a set up a company has that comes with a seat and slide rails..A mount for pedels and a mount for a steering wheel....The base of it resembles some type of exercise machine..it's very comfortable..Very good idea, and I'm happy with it so far..I still have yet to test it with a new wheel

I just read up on the Logitec Force Pro, coming out for Gran turismo 4...I want that NOW..I'll have to get a Logitec force for now...but the Force Pro for GT4 is going to be so nice..900 degree's!!!
 
well from the looks of it yeah..Unless there's some new breed of wheels that attach to the ceiling
or something
 
....You probably could..But 1..I have the money to spend..and 2 I like the styling...I wouldn't mind building a second one as a project..It'd probably be nicer aswell..And I could use the original for opponents.
 
i saw a sweet setup in a magazine once. it was a desk, converted to GT3 play center. steering wheel was mounted to the desk, junkyard seat was purchased and mounted to a wooden frame infront of the steering wheel. there where 2 side view mirrors mounted to the desk but instead of mirrors in them, they had speakers in them. pretty sweet setup if u have the space for it.
 
Ok I've decided what i'll do..I've put the Focus Z Racing Seat in, and i'll put 2 mid speakers in the side vents to act as surround sound, that way for Gt4 the oncomming cars can be heard depending on what side they are approaching from.
 
240sx...The funny thing is when people ask me do you own a M3 or a Rx-7 I don't need a memory card to prove it.....Does that answer your question?

p.s. These is REAL LIFE cars.
 
I just got a Logitec Driving Force Wheel and installed it onto my VRC and i'm in love.....It is the most comfortable thing ever in the world..I just did the seatle circut endurance race, and I actually enjoyed the entire length of it..Even if I won by 13 laps..It was well worth the money
 
What are you talking about?......FC's own....However!! if I had a FD it would own..But that isn't happening..So FC's own
 
Much better? Nah..Half the price...Idon't think so.....It cost you 104 for supplies and a crappy seat + the man hours that went into it..Considering I usually get paid 43 dollars an hour...That's alot more than 299 my friend..Not to mention yours takes up 2x the space, and my steering wheel is still adjustable ..^_^ Well worth tha $

the man who make it?? i make it self
the wood i become from a friend for 50€ the other the only thing cost a bit more is the seat usually r5acing seat around 100€ for a cheap one
but i use one from a old ford
its comfortable and only cost 10€ :D
