I just have to say is that I love this game.I'm 40 and this game is something I wished I had when I was a kid.I love those cars.My favorite car is the Castrols Tom's Supra.I upt a stage 1 turbo and I struggle with it,but,I win quite abit with it now.I'm on the 4th time through it now.194 races with 193 wins.I got beat in the German Championship Series. My RUF had a hard time with those Opels.
Just drop a line in here if you wanna make a comment on some cars that most people overlook.I'm trying to run some of the other cars this time around.I took a liking to the DB7 Coupe.Found out at the site GT Tuners Vault some killer settings.I'll stop my rambling now.

welcome to :gtp:!

you're obviously here for the right reasons!
overlooked cars...uh, Super Autobacs MR-S.

Welcome to GTPLANET rcarrender. Good to have you aboard. Underlooked cars huh? Try the 350Z or the 300zx. I found my first time through, the Spoon Sport S2000 was one of my favorites. If you really want to have some fun try using a Trueno or an S13 and nail the turns with them.

Welcome to :gtp: rcarrender! It's good to see some freash meat in the crowd... :)

Seriously though, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Peace, and good racin'

Welcome aboard, rc. You've got a few years on me (just a few) but I'm also new to PS2 and GT3 (well, six months new). It's definitely a blast and I only wish I chad more time to play. What's your background? Are you a car guy, or what?

Well, its nice to know there's one or two old farts still around on the boards - 40 - wow - its been awhile since I was THAT young...

My dad is 55 and he loves GT3, he doesnt like modyfiying too much, but he likes to appreciate cars in stock form.

Whenever we are finished playing, we often go to the Auto mall (A place with like 10-12 car dealerships) and scope out all of the sweet cars.

I couldnt agree more.

I pretty much despise the MR-S in the real world, but in GT3 it's pretty nice. Probably one of the better cars in its class. A friend of mine stumbled on to them one night when we were really bored - ended up racing a good 20 or 30 races with them. They're very clean and easy to get a hold of - much like the NSX but at lower speeds (:
