Well heres the story, I wake up this morning to my parents yelling at each other, :grumpy:. This rarely happens, so I think something bad happened or something, well turns out my dad being a complete ass and he's blaming my mom for **** she didn't do, so they keep arguing with each other for like a frickin hour, and my dad leaves, well my mom needs to get to work and she usually takes the car to work cause my dad works not to far from here, and since there are no busses at 3 in the morning but he takes the car and hasn't come back, my mom is all pissed at him, and she's like, thats it its over with that jerk, and she says to me, either you stay with him or I go with my mom, and then she left, for work, she says she's not coming back and she's serious about leaving, so I'm screwed, WTF do I do, I don't want her to leave, since we just bought a new house, which means we'll have to sell it, and school starts in 2 weeks for me, I need her to drive me to school since my school is a half an hour drive to get there, I don't want them to have a ******** divorce, this sucks, I also want to kick some frickin ass right now, and I just don't know what to do, :guilty: This just ****** sucks 👎 I was supposed to be with friends today having fun and well screw that, I can't cause of my ******* parents are ******* arguing and are having a possibe ******* divorce, man this really just sucks.

Shoot them.

That's what I'd do. If I didn't live 240 miles away and one of them was already dead.

First of all, calm down, nothing good happens when people panic. I don't know how bad the fight was, but typically sporadic fights like that don't cause divorces. I say just wait a while, and see what happens, because I'd wager that your parents will not divorce since it does not sound like they've been at eachothers throats for years. Hopefully your dad will come home, your parents will talk and they will work something out.

Gee, thanks guys. Well hopefully they'll work something out.

LMAO are you serious? if so why?

Why is one already dead?
Because he shot them. Duh.
You don't have to shoot to kill, but sometimes complications develop.

Stuff like that is rare... But I think it's going to blow over for some reason... *intuition*

You said it yourself. It's rare that your parents fight. That's a good sign. I wouldn't worry too much. People say stupid things. Unless your Mum or Dad has been having an affair or something, then yeah I wouldn't worry. One may not come back for a while, but that's probably because they just want to cool off.

As for your Kicking a$$ thing. I've felt that many, many times. Not against my parents, but other people in general. I don't blame you for that.

Although that doesn't deserve an answer, I'm going to answer it by saying that it doesn't deserve an answer.

Famine's a killer?

No. A little humourous prolonged period of drought and starvation never did anyone any harm.

Cannibalism?
:sly:

Run away, that usually gets families back together, as long as you come back sometime.

Hehe, sounds fun.

God I love Famine.

Queer?

This may not sound very supportive but my parents divorced when I was young, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I'd be a very different person now if they hadn't, and I'd probably be worse off.

Anyway it sounds like your parents have a fairly solid relationship so I wouldn't worry.

Things said in the heat of the moment rarely get actioned. Just wait for the dust to settle and see what happens.

Only once the primary parties (your parents) decide what they're doing can you make any decisions. So, just keep your head down and wait it out.

And it's important to make sure that neither parent thinks you're taking sides.

The only thing you can do in a situation like this ...just ignore them!
I do it all the time. I don't ****ing care about them that moment.

That's what I do with my dad, it's impossible to try and talk to him.

My parents were separated twice when I was a teen. The second time, it got all the way to setting up the divorce proceedings before they got back together. Don't give up hope yet. :)

Well guys thanks for the advice, but my mom says she's definitely moving out, she's already found a place to stay. She gave me a choice, either to stay with my dad or go with her, I just don't know what to do. So all I do is ignore her but I love them both and i don't want to leave since we just settled into our new home.

I would tell her that you don't want to choose one or the other (at least yet); that you want to be with both of them (obviously at separate times if they're not living together). That way they both know you still love both of them. Don't worry about the details yet. The courts (if/when to comes to that) will help decide who should have you most of the time. Maybe since school starts in two weeks, you can start with spending one week with each of them to see how it goes. That's BS that she is asking you to pick by the way, and if it were my mom, I'd tell her so. Good luck.

Fantastic first post.👍

But ND4SPD just chill. Every since the war here, I rarely talk to my parents. Everything has been going smooth as well.

My Dad and Stepmother argues all the time. And then, they're suddenly all right and start joking around again...

Thats what happens most of the time, but usually it'd just be a day long that they'd be pissed at each other, Its been a week and none of them still talk.
