So could it be a patch issue? That's the downside of this new patching world we're living in. Whenever you're changing some of the scripts you can't be 100% sure that it's not gonna conflict with some other scripts in the game. Happens all the time in World of Warcraft...

They've been recalled.
Just wanted to say thanks for this

Back on topic, who actually checks whether they have any cars missing on a regular basis? I never remember my car total and never go through my garage checking whether I still have all my cars. Maybe I should.

Thats why I think all patches should be standalone and complete, not cumulative. You can run into problems that way.

Just imagine your throttle gets stuck while on the Green Hell! And you're driving a Supra with rigidity and engine still at new condition.

Don't remind me how I flipped my F1 2010 on its maiden voyage. Now I know how that Veyron owner felt after crashing into the sea. :ouch:

Even with all the recalls, I'll still trust a Toyota over a GM, and most definitely over a VW.

Fords I can trust though.

That kind of sounds backwards to me.

Kudos on the recall, I saw the topic and thought the same thing. Beat me to it. 👍

it happened to me with my Mazda's they just vanished from my garage. I got then back by going to a race where i could only use my rx7 went to the garage and hey Presto i got it back

:sly: Haha, that was mean to be a joke?

I got a kick out of the fact that all you guys found it HUGELY hilarious, but on the opposite end of the spectrum when I read it I had completely no reaction whatsoever. I was glazed over.

I dont think I have ever been so at odds with GTP opinion! Isn't funny how the Nation you live in and the media you are exposed to has a huge influence on your perception of the world.

"Down under" in Australia we got the same cars Toyotas you guys have in the US, but no recalls. All is well here. I'm guessing it must have been huge over there to get that kind of reaction :dunce:

TOYOTAL RECALS FOR EVERYONE!

Now thats a good joke, approved for use in aus :D

What....?

LOl is this a joke or is it general opinion in the US that this happens to all Toyotas? The Supra was from a totsly different era my friend. No way you would get some accelerator electronic crap problem back from those days.

I should clarify that its not funny when the floormat recall actually does come up and bite ya.. My friends IS250 had the floormat catch the gas pedal and the car tried to take off on us at full throttle... Thankfully he is comptent and threw it in neutral and stopped.. If he didnt we woulda done a free tree removal service for my other friend

I suppose it could have been worse for the OP... if he lost all his Skylines then I'd imagine it'll take him ages to earn them all back again :sly:
