Just pre-ordered game w/ wheel

I recently just pre-ordered the game and a wheel from walmart.com. Now the wheel is called, Logitech Driving Force EX PS2/PS3. I honestly have no clue about wheels as of now, but I'm asking if that wheel is good enough to get the most out of the game or compared to the other wheel everyone is talking about?

the Driving Force EX is very similar to the Driving Force Pro (the current official GT wheel). However the only difference I can see from the specs shown for both in here is that the Driving Force Ex does not have 900 degree rotation where as the Driving Force Pro does.

And there is no sequential shifter on it either, just paddle shift.
 
Thank you for your quick response. That link you gave me really helps me out. I think I will be just fine with the paddle shift for now. If I feel that I want to upgrade then that is exactly what I will get.

if you do eventually upgrade step straight up to the g25 it has a 6 speed shifter and a clutch it's a great setup.
