hey, i have golds in all the amatuer American races, and i never got the Camaro Race car! can someone tell me EXACTLY how to obtain it. I've just started playing again in the last couple months on and off, using my save game file from over a year ago. I want the Camaro! PLEAS TELL ME AGAIN HOW TO GET IT?!
 
Check out the NTSC Prize Car list in the LOOK HERE BEFORE YOU ASK thread above. You may need to re-run a series and use the "save and reload" trick to make sure you get it. And a quick Search will turn up clear instrucitons on how to save and reload.

well duke, i'm a little worried, before i read your post i was doing a search on the camaro, and i read the 'read before you ask'... my findings to not make me happy. The Camaro Race Car was not even listed in the North American Version prize car list!! and a search turned up nothing.
 
AMATEUR LEAGUE

American Championship -- Subaru Impreza Sedan WRX STi Version VI, Chevrolet Camaro Race Car, Audi TT 1.8T Quattro, Mazda RX7 Type RS

For save and reload, you race a series race until you can skip the remaining races and still take the championship (for the discussion we'll say the last race). Save the game between races, and after the next to last (with you in the points lead by 10). Start the last race, but quit immediately, and take the Championship on points. Recieve your prize. If it's not the car you want, immediately reload to the end of the next-to-last race and try again until you get it.
