Well, it's been quite a while since I've posted on these forums, and yet for some reason the GTP forum persists in being my homepage. So, for once, I figure I'd check things out and find out how much things have changed around here. I can say I don't recognize a lot of people, but that's probably ok because most of you probably don't recognize me. So then, what exactly is the point of this thread? Nostalgia would be the simplest answer, and it is a good thing to discuss memories so they don't fade into the past. So, what are your experiences here at GTP, how do you view them, if you could change anything you've done, would you, and how have things changed since you joined?

I always associate you with the weekly GTP photoshop competitions for some reason.

What would I change since I've been at GTP ?? I think I would have made the effort to take part in more of the weekly races

Technically yes (Accutane...), but as for anything illegal, no. I guess that it seems like longer (for some reason I feel that when Darin was banned, my leave started). I'm not going to be as active as I was, but I will make an effort to post more. And besides, it's not a bad thing to be nostalgic about two years of history at a forum...

Granted, you're not technically "new," but your opinions and views on some of the newer topics (i.e. ones that have come up since you've been absent) could be considered new. I rember seeing you around a few times! Glad you are back though. Anyways who said Darin was gone after he was banned? I know he is back but I am not a will to say what his new user account is. Plus he has a second chance so it doesnt matter.

Actually all of the GTP oldies seemed to have dropped out recently n don't post as much, I can't talk I use to post a bit but just don't seem to have the time like I used to anymore. Was it you, who had problems with your parents and "band camp" or whatever it was? Maybe that was someone else......
I havn't seen Giles in a while, along with Pako Miata, (I used to get on with him well) and soo many others.
I know a few people buggered off to Giles house and still hang there, I occasioanlly pop by there, but still Giles's place is pretty infrequent and irregular.
Bugger, I'd change and get GTP back to what it used to be with fewer members and just the regulars. There's just too many peeps on here now for my liking, it's hard to keep up. I'd also post more like what I used to.

In all seriousness though, I was the one with the parental issues and such. They trust me a little more (now that I have my license they kinda have no choice), but yeah. Things have cooled down.

And definitely, if things could go back to the way they were back then it would all be good.

I see Vat quite a bit over a gile's place, go and check it out. It's like old school GTP but without the annoying whining of newbies.
Kinda like an old country village pub, where all your old time mates pop by once in a while and you can catch up, then you won't see them for a while, you know a bit quiet and all.
