Is it possible to win this series with a standard car? (Mini, Alto or Cuore)
If not what is the smallest amount of money you have spent in upgrades to allow a win?
I have won by fitting a stage 1 turbo (4500 credits) to the Alto Works I won from the Beginner 4WD series.
Can it be done any cheaper?

I don't see the rpoblem, just come back when you're rich and talented with a fully tuned Alto, that be what I did anyway.

Exactly what I did, I think it gives you about 105-110hp with the upgrade. I found the first two races were easy enough if you don't make mistakes, but that Laguna Seca round (the third one) gives the AI quite a boost.

I thought 5K spent is okay to snatch victory from the jaws of boredom.

Talented drivers will do this with as little upgrades as possible.
Heero, I was asking if any one has done it with no upgrades.

Stage 1 turbo upgrade for Alto Works increases power to 93 bhp without an oil change.
